Kinga Babicki, B.Sc. (Hons), ND. Kinga
earned her Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Anthropology
from the University of Toronto. It was during her time attending the university
that Kinga began to question the root cause of illness. Her strong desire
to learn naturally drew her to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine
where she graduated as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.
Kinga believes in preventative medicine, and as a result, one of her goals
as a practitioner is to teach others how to live healthier lives in order to
prevent illness. The body has an innate ability to heal and restore balance
within; by supporting and nurturing that natural ability we can achieve
optimum health. Kinga recognizes each person is a unique individual and as
such, deserves to have a personalized approach to healthcare which she is
committed to providing.
Kinga practices general family medicine with a special interest in
prevention, stress management, fertility, nutrition, weight management,
digestive health and detoxification. She utilizes all naturopathic
modalities including Acupuncture/Traditional Chinese medicine,
Herbal/Botanical medicine, Nutritional and Lifestyle counseling,
Hydrotherapy and Homeopathy. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is another

a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and the Naturopathic
Doctor (ND) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
She holds professional memberships with the Canadian Association

Doctors. When faced with her own health concerns at a young age,
she realized that a holistic approach to medicine, encompassing
Mind, Body and Spirit is essential to being healthy.
Ashimas approach to naturopathic medicine
is very eclectic. All aspects of an individual (mental, emotional,
physical and spiritual) are taken into consideration to determine
where an imbalance may be causing distress. Ashimas philosophy
on treatment and prevention: it needs to be seen as a team effort,
where all parties involved invest time and energy to achieve the
goal. Ashimas preferred modalities of treatment include Traditional
Chinese Medicine (including acupuncture), Nutritional Counseling,
Botanical Medicine, Lifestyle Counseling, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy,
and Cranio-sacral therapy.
