Our ACE programs are designed to help you ACE your life. Our desire is to help you put your life back on a track that is fulfilling and exciting for you. We are here to show you how to take responsibility for your life and to provide the tools you need to create the life that you dream of.

ACE Your Quit


Have you ever wanted to quit smoking but just didn’t know where to start? Have you ever tried to quit smoking but were unsuccessful? Do you feel overwhelmed by the thought of quitting? Let us help you quit through our ACE program. In this program, we will look at the Physical, Emotional and Behavioural aspects needed for a successful quit. When most people try to quit there is a focus on both the physical and behavioural aspects of smoking but it is the emotional aspects that often keeps you locked into unhealthy habits without you fully understanding why. Our ACE programs are not about providing a generalized, one fits all program, but individualizing the program for you. Every group will look differently and focus on different topics depending on individualized needs. What we do promise however is that the topics covered will provide each person with a greater awareness and strategies that can be used immediately. These tools will also help to sustain healthy habits, emotions and lifestyles.

Our ACE program is a 10 week program. In these ten weeks you will receive:
  • One individual assessment (1 hour in length)
  • 10 group sessions consisting of no more than 8-10 people (2.5 hours in length)
  • Access to customized support sessions.

Although quitting and looking at our emotional process can be intimidating, our participants have often found empowerment through this non-judgemental program. It is important to know that while the success rate for our program has been high, it is up to you to take the responsibility for your own quit. We will help you look and find those areas that are preventing you from quitting successfully. The success rate has been shown to be higher for those who follow through and utilize the exercises and strategies taught in session.

Topics covered in sessions may include:
  • Conscious Awareness
  • Cravings
  • Nutrition to combat cravings
  • Triggers
  • Self awareness
  • Self esteem
  • Smoking and Alcohol
  • Emotional Awareness

Optional: education about the use of quitting smoking aids, homeopathy assessment to support your quit and enhance your health (there may be an extra charge).
